Owl Cottage is a charming one bedroom cottage built on one level with far reaching views across the rolling countryside. Inside the cottage, you will find spacious open-plan living rooms with plenty of plush seating so you can enjoy a relaxing evening with your loved ones with the wood-burning stoves providing that extra bit of comfort and warmth.
The kitchen has been well-equipped with a range of contemporary appliances so you can easily rustle up a delicious meal and sit at the dining table over a well-deserved glass of wine. Take a refreshing drink out to your own private decking area where you can sit in the afternoon sun and simply delight in those rolling country views, or use as a quiet space to catch up on some reading
The accommodation comprises one bedroom: 1 x double. Bathroom with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with wood burning stove.
Note: This property can be booked with Hare and Fox cottages, together they can sleep 10 people.

"Exceeded Expectations. The cottage looked great in the photos and it is outstanding in the flesh. It is set within the beautiful surroundings of Goetre Hall and it only a short walk into Meifod. The location of the accomodation is easily accessible to Snowdonia and the other local attractions. We would certainly look to visit again and the owners are very welcoming and friendly. "Exceeded Expectations. " Steve and Mark were the perfect hosts, the warm welcome that we received from them both, surpassed all our previous experiences. The homemade cake, on our arrival was a very welcome, thoughtful and kind touch. Owl Cottage is just stunning, tasteful and perfectly equipped in every way imaginable. We were also thrilled that our two boisterous dogs, were made as welcome, as we were. It is without doubt a little piece of ‘Paradise‘ in Meifod. The peaceful location and wide variety of wildlife were a real pleasure to behold. We had never been to this area of Wales before and we were not disappointed. The area is just beautiful, with a wide variety of things to see and do locally and further a field. We have fallen for the area, the friendly hospitality shown to us by Steve and Mark, and of course Owl Cottage itself! We truly didn’t want to leave. We will, without doubt be returning, in the future. Thank you Steve & Mark .....it’s been all our pleasure! "
